We are very excited to have launched an on-demand, pre-recorded eight-week yoga therapy for anxiety course. This course was made for busy people and organisations that need flexibility in course schedules.
This course has been designed from a knowing place. My anxiety levels have been debilitating in the past and I didn’t even fully recognise this, or have the words to describe my symptoms. My mission for this course is to empower anyone experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress to better self manage their symptoms.
Mindwalk Yoga is a social enterprise and we are committed to making all courses affordable for everyone, we are currently developing a bursary scheme for this course so that those who cannot afford it can join. Stay tuned for details on this coming soon.
