Mindwalk Yoga Takes over Dope Black Women Podcast

Earlier in December, I got to take over the Dope Black Women podcast to talk about mental health and Mindwalk Yoga. We all need to talk about our mental health more and start taking preventative steps to be more aware and resilient. In this 25-minute podcast, I share my story, our mission, and two anxiety soothing practices.

In the UK Black women are more likely to experience anxiety and depression than anyone other groups, we are less likely to access intervention treatment, and more likely to access mental health care when we become critical. We need to be aware of this, and we need to talk about our mental health more, and we need to talk about holistic therapies like yoga more. Get listening.
