Our teachers and timetable have grown and changed over the past few months. In November, Paula Hines (pictured above) joined us and shares a Restorative Yoga class every Tuesday evening.
Paula specialises in restorative yoga, yin yoga, and nidra and is an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher. Paula is also a writer and author and has a regular column for Om Yoga Magazine.
Restorative Yoga is a practice that I really tuned into early this year when I was working a lot and finding it difficult to sleep. It helped me be intentional with resting and also helped me let go of those feelings of guilt for doing restful practices.
Natasha Lee, aka, CocoRed joined us in October (pictured below). CocoRed shares a Hatha Yoga class from the Gambia every Saturday at 9 am. Her teaching draws on her career as a dancer and choreographer with a spiritual and anatomic alignment focused style of practice. CocoRed’s classes are playful, creative and accessible, they embody breathwork and a deep awareness of the body.

After the free trial, we’ve created a membership model with five tiers to pick from, starting from a low-income monthly membership of £10, £20, £30, up to pay-it-forward tiers of £45, £60. All of our members receive the same benefits as we believe well-being should be accessible to everybody. As well as our live classes, we’ve built up a library of more than 100 on-demand classes and pre-recorded practices.
