From Monday 31st January, we begin our 8-week healing journey. Three tiers for pricing are available: £100, £150 and £200. If you’re experiencing tight chesty breathing, racing thoughts, and feeling overwhelmed more often than not, this course will offer you ways to understand and self-manage your symptoms.
